Sex and the City actress Lynn Cohen dies aged 86
Sex and the City actor Lynn Cohen has died, aged 86.
Her representative confirmed her death to The Hollywood Reporter on Friday February 14. She is survived by her husband Ronald Theodore Cohen, who she married back in 1964.

Reacting to the news on Twitter, her former co-star Willie Garson wrote: "Bless you and godspeed, our wonderful Magda for 15 years of episodes and films, thanks for your friendship and amazing talent....R.I.P. indeed."
Sarah Jessica Parker paid tribute to the late star on Instagram too, sharing a photograph alongside the caption: "Beautiful Lynn Cohen. Miranda's dear and necessary Magda. Our dear SATC colleague. Talent, grace, inspiration. RIP. X SJ."
Garson responded to Parker's post with several heart and crying face emojis.
Perhaps best known for playing Cynthia Nixon's character's Ukrainian housekeeper in the aforementioned HBO comedy-drama, Cohen's first acting role was a bit part in 1983 mystery Without A Trace.
Across her 37-year career, she went on to appear in other television series such as Master of None, Nurse Jackie, The Affair, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Law & Order.

Cohen also starred in big screen outings like Synecdoche, New York, Munich, The Cobbler and YA adaptation The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, as well as the two Sex and the City movies.
