Yahoo News Shadowhunters star expecting his first child with wife
Congratulations are in order for Harry Shum Jr and his wife Shelby Rabara as the couple have confirmed that they are expecting their first child.
The Shadowhunters star revealed the happy news on Instagram on Sunday (November 11), sharing a simple photograph of his hands on Rabara's baby bump. Rabara also shared the same photo on her own Instagram to confirm the news.
So, we guess a picture really is worth a thousand words.

Harry Shum Jr and Shelby Rabara began dating in 2007, before they got engaged in 2013 and married in November 2015, with this weekend's announcement marking another milestone for the couple.
It's also the latest event in what's been quite the year for Harry Shum Jr, with a spell of dizzying highs and lows.
The actor made quite the splash with his role in this year's hit romantic comedy Crazy Rich Asians - and even picked up the award for Choice Male TV Star for his Shadowhunters role of Magnus Bane during Sunday night's (November 11) People's Choice Awards.

However, this year also saw the cancellation of Freeform's Shadowhunters, as back in June, the broadcaster announced it would be axing the show after its third season due to economic reasons.
With the show yet to air the rest of its third season and the special two-part finale ordered to wrap up all of its storylines, devastated fans kickstarted the #SaveShadowhunters campaign in a bid to save the show from cancellation.
So far, the campaign has seen fans raise over $18k and counting for The Trevor Project, hire a plane to fly over Netflix's LA headquarters with a giant #SaveShadowhunters banner and buy a billboard in New York City's Times Square.
It hasn't quite worked out yet but, with the show's final episodes still to air, here's hoping someone makes like NBC with Brooklyn Nine-Nine and picks it up.
Shadowhunters season three returns to Freeform in the US on February 25, 2019, while Netflix airs the show in the UK.
