'She always had a smile and a supportive word for everyone' says colleague of tragic Uni academic
Further tributes have been made in memory of a health researcher and Labour councillor following her sudden death.
Mum of two Dr Sudeh Cheraghi-Sohi, 45, from Todmorden, died in tragic circumstances last month. She was known for her work with the Labour party and as a researcher at Manchester University. She had been a member of Todmorden Town Council and a campaigner for women's rights.
One of those paying tribute to Sudeh was Karolina Kluk-de Kort, director of social responsibility for the School of Health Sciences at Manchester University.

Karolina described Sudeh as a passionate person who 'always had a smile for everyone'. A GoFundMe to help raise funds for her children has been set up in her memory. You can donate here.
“Sudeh was an amazing person, full of wonderful ideas, and aside from her impactful research and teaching, I'll remember her best for her commitment and passion to make the world a fairer and more equal place for everyone, in particular for women.
"She always had a smile and a supportive word for everyone. I feel incredibly fortunate to have called her not only a colleague but also a friend."
Sudeh wrote a blog earlier this year about her work on the University's breastfeeding policy which led to a review. The blog can be read here.
Family, friends and colleagues have paid tribute to Sudeh on social media. She was described as inspirational, kind, caring and a supportive friend.
An inquest into her death opened at Bradford Coroners' Court on Wednesday this week. Sudeh had been found dead by her partner on the morning of October 24.
