Shelling of Chernihiv School Kills Three, Ukraine Says

At least three people were killed and 12 were injured when Russian forces shelled a school in Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv Oblast, on May 12, according to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (SES).

The SES said a fire caused by shelling broke out at 12.20 am at Novgorod-Siverskaya Comprehensive School No 2, the remains of which are depicted in the first 30 seconds of this footage.

Storyful could not independently confirm the casualty numbers.
