Sheriff’s office asks for public’s help in finding reported stolen tractors from Cherokee County

CHEROKEE COUNTY, Texas (KETK) – The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office said on Thursday they are asking for the public’s help in finding two reported stolen Kubota tractors.

According to officials, on Monday authorities received a call where it was reported an orange 2020 Kubota with a front-end loader and an orange 2023 Kubota tractor with a front-end loader and a backhoe were stolen from the intersection of Highway 110 and Highway 204.

The sheriff’s office said in a release that anyone with information about the missing tractors, including if anyone saw suspicious activity at that intersection on their Monday morning commute, they are asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 903-683-2271.

“The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office would like to remind all citizens to be vigilant and, if possible, not leave heavy equipment, tractors, ATVs, etc. out in the open or public view overnight,” officials said.
