Shocking video captures child falling out of moving car

The terrifying moment that a toddler in a car seat tumbled out of a car was recently caught by the dashcam on the vehicle behind her.

Chad Mock was casually driving down a road in Mankato, Minnesota when the car in front of him took a turn and a little girl still strapped into her seat rolled out of the door, landing on the busy street.

"If it didn't happen in front of me I'd never have believed it," Mock wrote on Facebook. He quickly stopped his vehicle and ran to the child's aid.

Apparently, though the child had been properly strapped into the seat, the seat was not strapped into the car itself, which is how it came loose and fell out the door. Mock was surprised to see that the child was very aware but didn't cry at all.

Though the child was quickly rescued and came out of the situation unscathed, the parents are facing charges.
