A retail unit in Cheltenham, currently leased to a nail salon for £17,000 per annum, is set to go under the hammer with a starting bid of £90,000. The property, located at 21 Winchcombe Street, is being offered as a freehold retail investment opportunity in Bond Wolfe's upcoming auction.

Gurpreet Bassi, CEO of Bond Wolfe, said that Emy Nails has a five-year lease running until April 13, 2026, with an option to extend given six months' written notice. The two-storey, mid-terraced retail premises are nestled among a parade of shops and offices, with stores including John Lewis, H&M, Next, River Island and M&S in the neighbouring area.

Three major car parks are also located within 100 metres. The ground floor retail space spans approximately 321 sq ft, with additional ancillary areas on the first floor providing another 291 sq ft.
