"The other women's clothing shops in Hanley are mostly chains and big stores. There are not many other independent women's clothes shops in Hanley. It is something different.
"We stock a range of clothing for all women, from teenage girls to women in their 60s and older. We also sell bags, purses, jewellery and other accessories.
"We have had many positive comments from the customers who have said we are something different."
The shop opened in the Hanley shopping centre today.
Shopper Jacqui Mould, aged 54, of Blythe Bridge, said: "It is bringing something new to Hanley. There are some really good, classy, feminine outfits that are reasonably priced. I will be coming here again."
Daughter Abigail Edge, aged 26, of Trentham, added: "It is nice to see something different. There is something for women of all ages. I will definitely be back."
