The festive spirit is already in the air for some, as a recent @thedeardiaries TikTok video revealed.

User Jamie expressed his eagerness for Christmas, saying it was "was around the corner" and shared his early morning shopping spree at Home Bargains for holiday items. He humorously noted the staff might find him "crazy" for his premature Christmas shopping.

In the comments section, one enthusiastic shopper confessed to having already "spent £100 at Home Bargains," with plans to return for more festive goods.

Jamie's excitement peaked when he found the Polar Express pyjamas he had been searching for, but unfortunately, he faced a "sad update" as the matching pants were missing from the hanger in his size. Undeterred, he quipped, "I've got plenty of time before Christmas".

He continued his light-hearted commentary, vowing to keep returning until he finds what he needs. While browsing, he admired the Christmassy mugs, ideal for hot chocolates, and shared his perfectionism in gift-wrapping, showcasing the attractive wrapping paper available at bargain prices.

Jamie also highlighted "large Christmas bells that you can put up, or put on your tree, or around your house", available in three festive colours: green, red, and white.

Shoppers have been enthralled by the range of festive decorations at Home Bargains this year, featuring giant glittery lights and striped lollipops perfect for tree adornment, to a sled suitable as a 'hot chocolate station' and even disco ball Christmas baubles for added sparkle.

In the comments section, a shopper confessed: "I've been in home bargains too much the last couple weeks and have spent over £100 on Christmas decorations already.."

Another one expressed their anticipation: "Well this has got me excited for Xmas shopping," while a different customer shared: "Yes yes yes! ! Went in last week and was so excited to see the Christmas stuff!"

One individual mentioned their preference for celebrating "autumn first", to which Jamie responded: "Yes autumn always!! There's just something so joyous for me about Christmas!! Let's embrace both yayyy."
