Shops in Flintshire told to stop selling these two food cupboard items to children
Shops in Flintshire have been urged to stop selling eggs and flour to unaccompanied youngsters. It follows a spate of incidents where vehicles have been "egged".
Police have been in touch with local shops to talk to them about the issue, with parents also urged to keep an eye on their cupboards too.
A North Wales Police Flintshire South statement said: "We have also been out visiting local retailers in relation to selling eggs and flour - there have been a number of incidents recently across Flintshire south where vehicles have been "egged" so we have been out to request that retailers don't sell these items to unaccompanied youngsters.
