Shouts of 'God Save the King' Heard as Procession Nears Westminster

Crowds gathered in London, England, to watch the procession of the coffin of the late Queen Elizabeth II from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall on Wednesday, September 14.

Video captures people in a crowd echoing “God save the king” as the queen’s coffin approached on Wednesday.

The queen’s body will lie in state at Westminster Hall, and the public will be able to pay their respects from September 14 to September 19.

As of Wednesday evening, the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport estimated the queue to pay respects to the queen was approximately 2.6 miles long.
