Britain's Got Talent viewers haven't even chosen a winner from the final batch of contestants this year - but the search for more is on.

The live final takes place on ITV this evening from 7.30pm, with 10 confirmed acts plus a mystery wildcard performance. They were picked as the best of the best after countless people took auditioned across the country.

However, BGT bosses have already put out a call for more people across the country to come forward and audition for the next series. Fans who watch at home and think they have what it takes were warned they don't have long to sign up.

Over on the official Britain's Got Talent X (Twitter) page, they posted: "Every party needs TALENT and we're looking for the best in Britain! So come join the PARTY!

"Apply now for #BGT Series 18. You've only got a few months to get those applications in!"

The sign-up site appears to confirm the winners will claim the same prize - a cash sum of £250,000 as well as a space to perform at the Royal Variety Performance that year.

Following the link to sign up, people can apply in four different ways including in person, submitting a video or by reaching out over WhatsApp. The fourth method involves nominating someone you know to take the plunge and have a chance of appearing on the show.

Chosen applications are invited to audition in front of the famous panel. These in-person shows have taken place in previous years at London's Palladium and at The Lowry in Manchester.

No official details have been released about any changes to the well-known faces that front the programme in 2025. It is expected that Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon. Bruno Toniolli as well as Ant and Dec will stay on our TV screens.
