Sirens Blare as Tornado Towers Over Colorado Neighborhood

Sirens blared as a tornado loomed over a neighborhood in Platteville, Colorado, on June 7.

The tornado touched down north of Firestone, Colorado, and then moved west and northwest of Platteville, according to the National Weather Service.

The weather service said it would be conducting a survey to determine the exact track, damage, and intensity of the tornado.
