Sister's tribute to the brother she brought up: 'A beautiful kind soul with the biggest heart'
A woman has paid tribute to her baby brother who she helped to raise when he was a child.
Scott Webb was just 27 when he tragically took his own life on Friday April 12 of this year. Scott, who was born in Blackpool, was being hounded over a drug debt and had recently been prevented from seeing his little girl, both of which contributed to his decision to end his life.
Samantha Cane was accompanied by her husband Daniel earlier this week to an inquest into her brother's death. After the hearing at Blackpool Town Hall Senior Coroner Alan Wilson concluded Scott's death was a suicide.

After the inquest Samantha described how Scott, who lived in Kirkham, "wasn't just a brother" to her. She revealed that, for most of her life, she brought Scott and their sisters up when they had "no-one".
Five months after Scott's death, at such a young age, Samantha said she still feels "speechless".
In a touching tribute she wrote to Scott: "Not only are you my baby brother you’re my baby. I brought you up when we had no one, your nieces and nephews have idolised you.
"You was there when they needed you the most and protected them, I don’t have words I’m broken, I can’t believe you are gone, can’t believe I’m not going to hear you're the 'best super mum' ever again.
"I can’t believe I’m not gonna cook for the person what loved my food more than anything else, no more family Christmas with you. Where I laugh at you coz you’re a big softie and cry at the piles of presents I spoil you with, I felt so much love and appreciation from you.
"You were an amazing brother, uncle and daddy. I have a part of me gone. I love you Scott to the moon and back forever and always."
