Sisters whose pop-up shops create giant queues have made next big step
Two sisters whose fashion brand has people queueing around the block at pop-up stores have made their next big step. Alice, 29, and Maisie Jones, 25, started Sisters & Seekers back in 2017.
At that point they were working out of shed in the garden of the family home in Hope, Flintshire. They started with £2,000 of savings from selling vintage clothes on eBay and Depop on the weekends.
They started to create ‘athleisure’ style clothing aimed at 18–30 years old and their rise has been remarkable. Their popularity was highlighted at pop-up shops with one "sample sale" last year seeing some customers queue for up to three hours to get in the Chester store.

As they've grown staff numbers have increased with them first taking a unit in Llay, near Wrexham.
Now they are signed up at Vista Business Park, Hawarden, Deeside. This is a 33,000 sq ft unit and is part of the highly successful Vista Development, comprising of six high specification mid-size industrial units.
Acting on behalf of Vivio Developments, Legat Owen successfully completed the letting. Sisters and Seekers have committed to the unit to support the growth of their business which is housed in Phase 1 of the Vista scheme.
Their facilities now include modern offices, warehouse space and their own in-house studio.
Matthew Pochin, Director at Legat Owen, said: “It was a pleasure to work with such an exciting and ambitious brand in Sisters and Seekers. The team are engaging and easy to deal with. It is not surprising that they are making significant in-roads into the fashion sector.”
