Six Dead, Four Missing as Boat Carrying Afghan Migrants Capsizes Off Turkish Coast

Rescue workers continued to search for missing migrants on November 13 after a boat capsized the previous day off the coast of Dikili, the UN Migration Agency in Turkey said.

Fifteen migrants were thought to have been on board – 14 Afghans and one Iranian – the agency said, adding that as of Tuesday afternoon, five people had been found alive, four were missing, and six were confirmed to have died, including a baby.
