Six suspects named after gun and drug raids

Six suspects have been named as they are set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court today (November 28) in relation to drug offences. Cheshire Police arrested six men in Warrington after carrying out of a series of warrants.

Following the warrants, Nathan Simpson, 32, of Birtles Road, Warrington, was charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs, two counts of conspiracy to supply class B drugs, conspiracy to possess a firearm and ammunition, conspiracy to commit GBH, conspiracy to possess a firearm and associated ammunition with intent to endanger life / enable another to do so, possession of cannabis and possession of criminal property.

John Lally, 33, of Fairclough Street, Burtonwood, has also been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs, conspiracy to supply class B drugs, conspiracy to cause Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent, possession with intent to supply cocaine, possession of cannabis, possession of criminal property and handling stolen goods

Dominic Bourdet, 40, of Thelwall Lane, Warrington, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class B drugs, possession of cannabis and possession of criminal property.

And, Nathan Davies, 33, of Hume Street, Warrington, is charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class B drugs, conspiracy to possess a firearm and ammunition, possession of a firearm and associated ammunition without a certificate, conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, possession of cannabis and possession of criminal property.

Cheshire Police have charged Steven Dodd, 33, of Watkin Street, Warrington, with conspiracy to supply class A drugs, conspiracy to supply class B drugs and possession of cannabis.

Daniel Roberts, 33, of Sandfield Crescent, Glazebury, is also charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs, conspiracy to supply class B drugs and conspiracy to cause Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent. The six men have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court later today (November 28).
