Sky Sports reporter speaks out about allegedly hypocritical treatment of Gary Lineker

A Sky Sports reporter has spoken out in solidarity with Gary Lineker, tearing into the alleged hypocrisy in how he has been treated.

Kaveh Solhekol argued that the BBC pulling the Match of the Day host from the air over his tweet about the small boats legislation is unfair.

He took aim at the past treatment regarding impartiality given to the likes of Andrew Neil and chair Richard Sharp during a broadcast where he listed examples of the alleged inconsistencies.

In a tweet, he said Lineker was suspended for “upsetting the Conservatives” by standing up for the “most vulnerable people.”
