Egg and Greek yoghurt are two brilliant high protein ingredients, and just 100g of the low fat yoghurt contains just 3g sugars, 10.3g protein and 54 calories. Cakeontherun suggests serving it with extra low fat Greek yoghurt for an additional helping of protein to help keep hunger at bay until lunch.
