Sloviansk Residents Assess Damage After Deadly Strikes

At least two people were killed and several others were wounded on July 5, in Sloviansk, located in Ukraine’s Donetsk region, after a market was struck by Russian forces, according to Ukrainian officials.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, urged non-essential workers to evacuate immediately.

Sloviansk mayor Vadim Lyakh said at least six people were killed on July 3.

This footage shows residents affected by recent attacks describing where they were when bombs hit, and how the attacks damaged their homes.
