Dele Alli found the perfect way to get over England’s World Cup semi-final heartache – treating his friends to no-expense spared trips to LA and Ibiza.
The Tottenham midfielder has packed his pals onto a private jet with the first stop America as a penthouse awaits the group for the next five days.
They will then land in Ibiza where they’ll be in for some VIP treatment in many of the party island’s best super club.
Alli may be rolling in it these days but he’s not forgotten his roots.
He is being joined by friends from his childhood and his early days growing up as a footballer.
Harry Hickford, a former MK Dons team-mate who now plays for Southern League Bishop’s Stortford, is one of the group heading off on a trip of a lifetime.
A source close to the group told the Daily Mirror: “Dele’s had a great year and he wants to top it all off by taking his mates on the holiday of a lifetime.
“Despite all his success, he’s still a normal guy who has kept the same friends for years.
“They were planning on booking up a luxury penthouse in LA, where they will spend five days relaxing and shopping, in a place where nobody will know Dele.
“After that they’re heading to Ibiza – and Dele’s paying for it all. It’s going to cost many, many thousands all in.
“They’ll be doing lots of activities in Ibiza and I understand they’re going to be hiring a speedboat.
“I’m sure there will be some VIP nightclub treatment and a few drinks and he’ll probably splash the cash a bit. He does right after the year he’s had.”
