Smoke Billows From Fawn Fire Burning in Northern California

The Fawn Fire burned 9,850 acres across Shasta County, California, and was 10 percent contained as of Friday, September 24, according to Cal Fire.

Footage by Alekz Londos shows smoke billowing from the fire as a plane flies by.

At least 25 structures have been destroyed by the Fawn Fire, Cal Fire confirmed, as crews continued surveying the damage caused by the fire, Battalion Chief JT Zulliger said during a press conference.
