Smoke Billows From Fire at Belfast Harbour

Firefighters were battling a blaze at a recycling facility on Belfast Harbour on Tuesday, December 28.

According to local reports, the fire started at Clearway Disposals recycling facility and that the various materials burning in the fire “has made it more difficult to bring under control.”

NI Fire and Rescue Service told the Belfast Telegraph that there were no reports of injuries but that the fire was “still ongoing.” Credit: Jackson Minford via Storyful
