Smoke pours from industrial unit as firefighters tackle blaze
Smoke could be seen pouring from an industrial unit after a fire broke out.
Firefighters were called to commercial premises in Failsworth, Oldham this afternoon following reports of a blaze. Fire crews remain at the scene responding to the incident.
Residents reported being able to see smoke pouring from units on Duke Street, just off Oldham Road.

Images from the scene show firefighters having taped off the area and blocked off the road as they tackle the fire.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "At around 3.10pm on Saturday (September 21) seven fire engines from Hollins, Ashton, Chadderton, Philips Park, Stalybridge, Blackley and Salford fire stations plus the hydraulic platform from Oldham fire station were called to reports of a fire at a commercial premises on Duke Street, Failsworth.
"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are using three jets to tackle the fire. Crews remain in attendance."
