Snow Blankets Mountainous Area of New York as Cold Snap Hits State

Snow blanketed the village of Franklin in upstate New York on November 16, as a cold snap swept across parts of the state.

This footage, filmed by Glenn Ericksen, shows a wintry scene from the village, with the picturesque landscape covered in snow.
