Snow Falls in NYC's Times Square as Winter Storm Warning Affects Most of the State

Large snowflakes drifted through New York City’s Times Square on December 2 as a travel advisory was issued by the National Weather Service.

New Yorkers were warned to take caution when traveling home.

“Snow is falling across the city. Our salt spreaders are out,” NYC Sanitation said. “Plows are ready to go once two inches of snow has fallen. Again, be aware of the weather when making your way home. Take mass transit if possible.” Credit: Edwin F. Barbosa via Storyful
