Heavy snow fell on Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Sunday evening, March 5.

Footage recorded by Alex Meier shows large flakes falling near the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis late on Sunday.

The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities measured 2.8 inches of snow at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport between 6 pm and midnight on Sunday.
