Snow Flurries Whiten Landscape in Oswego, New York

Winter weather warnings and advisories were issued for parts of northwest New York as temperatures plummeted on Tuesday, December 7.

Footage filmed by Tommy Cerra shows snow flurries in Oswego. “Now this is what Oswego is supposed to look like,” Cerra wrote in a Twitter post.
