Snow Piles Up Near Binghamton During Powerful Winter Storm

A powerful nor’easter dumped nearly two feet of snow on New York’s Southern Tier on Tuesday, March 14. Twenty inches of snow had fallen on Binghamton as of 2:45 pm, according to the National Weather Service, with higher totals recorded in the area.
