A widespread storm brought rain and snow to California on Friday, February 24, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued winter weather warnings and travel advisories.

Video posted by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) shows an officer driving on the recently reopened Interstate 80 over Donner Summit in Nevada County on Friday morning.
