Soap stars congratulate 'Emmerdale' actress Charley Webb on birthing third child

Emmerdale actress Charley Webb has announced the birth of her third child with co-star Matthew Wolfenden.

Webb, who plays Debbie Dingle on the ITV soap, broke the news on Instagram by sharing a black and white photo of their newborn.

She captioned the image: "BaByWoLf #3 has joined the crazy gang. We’re in a bubble of newborn’ness heaven."

The couple, who already have two sons Buster and Bowie, have not yet revealed the baby’s name of gender.

Fellow soap stars were quick to congratulate Webb on the happy news, with former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan writing: “Awwww congratulations my darlin.”

Her Emmerdale co-star Anthony Quinlan commented: “Aww congratulations to you all on your new arrival. Much love.”

While Coronation Street’s Brooke Levi Vincent added: “Ahhhhhh Charley!!!! Congratulations.”

Webb recently opened up about her ‘agonising’ pregnancy after being diagnosed with symphysis pubis dysfunction.

She told OK! Magazine: “"I still get waves of sickness but I've also been diagnosed with symphysis pubis dysfunction. It's when your muscles have relaxed too much ready for the birth. It's agony.”

She added: "I'd be lying if I said I really enjoy the experience of getting bigger but I appreciate what my body is doing. I think pregnancy is amazing."

Woldenden also opened up his wife’s difficult pregnancy during a recent appearance on Loose Women.

"She's been ill from the get-go, and it's just not relented at all. She's been sick since we found out [she was pregnant], and she still is now," he told the panel.

"We don't know if it's a boy or a girl. Everyone goes, 'Oh, you would love a girl obviously because you've got two boys', but – it's the old cliché – as long as they're healthy."
