Yahoo News Sorry Guys - Jamelia’s Probably Not Coming Back To Loose Women
We’re unapologetic Jamelia fans here at Yahoo! Celeb towers – so we were pretty gutted when we heard the rumours that she was getting the boot from Loose Women following some of her supposedly ‘outspoken’ views.
Jamelia has now cleared up those rumours – and although she didn’t get the sack, she admitted that it was unlikely that she’d be returning.

Speaking to the Birmingham Mail, the singer said: “I haven’t been formally sacked by Loose Women, as other people have been in the past, so I technically still have a job with them,”
“But I haven’t been on the show since those reports, so people will make of it what they will. The show is going in a different direction at the moment and I don’t seem to be a part of that narrative.”
The 'narrative’ eh, Jamelia? All very Taylor Swift. THE SHADE OF IT ALL.
The Sun had reported back in October that her views on plus-sized clothing had cost her not only fans – but also her job on the panel.
Whilst show bosses claimed that Jamelia was simply 'working on other projects for the channel’, a source at the time said:
“The show is often close to the bone but certain comments were deemed to go too far.”

They continued: “Loose Women’s viewers come from a variety of backgrounds and the producers don’t want them to be offended.”
"Insiders say it’s not forever, but for the time being she has been sidelined.”
Hmm, seems pretty 'forever’ from where we’re sitting.
Despite the controversy, the 'Superstar’ singer seems pretty confident her future – and has a couple of new ventures up her sleeve. Speaking to The Birmingham Mail, she said was “…Realistic. I doubt I’ll be going back. But it’s okay, as I’m very excited about launching my own YouTube channel.“
Well, she’ll be able to say what she likes now – right?
