South Korea prosecutors seeks arrest warrant for ousted President Park

South Korean prosecutors have said they will seek an arrest warrant for ousted President Park Geun-hye. Earlier this month the 65-year-old became the country’ first democratically elected president to be removed from office when a constitutional court upheld an impeachment voted by parliament. Park stands accused of colluding with a friend, Choi Soon-sil to pressure big businesses to donate to two foundations set up to back the president’s policy initiatives.
