SpaceX Falcon Rocket Seen in Skies Over Utah

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket was launched from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on Thursday, October 27.

This footage, filmed by RJ Hooper, shows the rocket streaking across the skies above St. George, Utah.

The Falcon 9 rocket was carrying 53 Starlink satellites into orbit, SpaceX said. The rocket’s first stage made a pinpoint landing on the SpaceX droneship in the Pacific Ocean shortly after the launch, according to reports. Credit: RJ Hooper via Storyful
