Spice Girls' reunion tour setlist revealed as fans make one complaint
Five may have become four, but the Spice Girls are officially back with their first Spice World reunion concert in the books.
Over a year after the Girl Power group officially reunited, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Melanie C proved that friendship never ends by sharing the stage once more at Croke Park in Dublin on Friday night (May 24) for the first in a string of sold-out shows.
Their excitable fans have been speculating for months about which songs would make it into the setlist (we were really hoping for Geri's solo smash 'Look at Me') – but we can end the mystery. Here's the official setlist from opening night:
'Spice Up Your Life '
'If You Can’t Dance' 'Who Do You Think You Are?'
'Do It Something'
'Kind of Funny'
'Military Cadence'
'Sound Off'
'Holler'
'Queer Tango'
'Viva Forever'
'Let Love Lead'
'The Way'
'Goodbye'
'Car Wash'
'Never Give Up On the Good Times'
'We Are Family'
'Love Thing'
'Lady is a Vamp'
'The Last Waltz'
'Too Much
'Say You’ll Be There'
'2 Become 1'
'Stop'
'Mama'
'Wannabe'
There was just one problem for some fans – they couldn't actually hear the Girls singing! Social media was littered with complaints about the sound mix in Croke Park:
Sound is terrible girls we can't hear you #crokepark #SpiceWorld2019 pic.twitter.com/sHBsphFifN

Feedback, delay and the band overpowering their mics!!! Great set list just a pity you couldn't properly hear them! Sound engineer let them down! #spiceworld2019 pic.twitter.com/8fyO0vm7Y7

@CrokePark @spicegirls Lads, the sound is brutal. Can we turn the gals up please? No idea what they're saying!!

@spicegirls currently sitting in croke park, was absolutely buzzing to see you lot but its very disappointing cos the sound is really bad! We cant hear a thing sitting up the top row, up the back, all we're getting is mumble, and for €110 a ticket, not good!

Sound wasn't the only stumbling block surrounding the Spice World launch. The road to Dublin was a rocky one because the reunion didn't include iconic Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham.
Posh opted not to join her fellow bandmates for the summer reunion trek, but did send good wishes on social media hours before the Croke Park show.

"Good luck to the girls today as they start their tour," she wrote.
Her husband David Beckham also shared a message of support on his Instagram Story, writing: "As someone that has lived with POSH SPICE for the last 23 years I know how emotional today is going to be but I just want to wish all the girls good luck with their amazing tour. There will only ever be one POSH SPICE."
The Spice Girls had the vintage Girl Power vibes going strong in the run-up to Friday's show, with Geri even returning to her classic Ginger Spice style earlier this week in advance of the first concert.
Coming up next for the Spice Girls is a massive gig on Bank Holiday Monday (May 27) at Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
