The Split's Nicola Walker teams up with co-star for new project
The Split stars Nicola Walker and Stephen Mangan are reuniting in a new project.
The two actors will be taking to the stage together next year in a new West End stage play written by Doctor Foster creator Mike Bartlett.
It marks an off-screen reunion for the duo who play former married couple Hannah and Nathan Stern in the popular BBC One legal drama, that returns to screens this Christmas with a two-part special.

Unicorn will have a strictly limited run at London's Garrick Theatre from Tuesday 4 February to Sunday 26th April 2025 with tickets on sale now.
The play will also star The Crown's Erin Doherty who proves to be a source of temptation to Walker and Mangan who play a longstanding married couple.
"Polly (Walker) and Nick (Mangan) have it all," teases the official synopsis. "Happily married, two children, successful careers. And yet there's something missing... something rare and unforeseen…waiting to add a much-needed sparkle…"

Unicorn will be directed by James Macdonald and produced by Kate Horton who previously worked with Bartlett on his 2009 play Cock - which returned to the West End in 2022 starring Bridgerton's Jonathan Bailey.
"Mike Bartlett’s Unicorn is that rare beast you long to see, it’s grown-up and unusual and very, very funny," said Walker of her next project.
Mangan shared his joy at being reunited with "my old friend and TV ex-wife Nicola Walker" in what he teases is a "hilarious, provocative, intelligent and deeply moving" production.
"I would have needed my head examined if I'd passed up the opportunity to be involved in this play by the brilliant Mike Bartlett," he said. "It’s just an embarrassment of riches."
Unicorn will run from Tuesday 4 February to Sunday 26th April 2025 at London's Garrick Theatre.
