Spring Snow Coats Southeast Washington

A spring snowstorm impacted travel and reduced visibility in southeast Washington on Monday, March 22, officials said.

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued winter weather advisories for parts of Washington beginning Sunday night and into Monday morning. The Washington State Department of Transportation said snow was impacting travel from Pullman, Washington, to the Idaho border on Monday morning.
