Spurs Star's Real Estate Gaffe Leaves Him Living in £2m House Opposite 'Dogging Hotspot'

One of the key house-buying rules in this internet era? Always, always have a quick Google of your new pad before you put any money down.

Apparently Dele Alli - or whoever was helping him move - bypassed that tickbox on the 'moving house' checklist, leaving the Sun free to run with the story that Spurs and England's next great hope...now lives directly across from a dogging hotspot. Possibly. Probably. Perhaps.

Alli has dogged opposition defences all season with his tricky running and range of abilities on the ball, slicing open West Brom's defence time and again on the weekend, and he's unlikely to care overmuch about what people may or may not be doing in the general vicinity of his house.

It's not entirely clear whether it was the chance to flick through dogging sites on work time which inspired the deeply investigative piece of hardcore journalism, or whether the opportunity to fill the page with pictures of the Spurs midfielder's lingerie model girlfriend Ruby Mae was too good to pass up.

The house does have an underground garage though, so that's nice.
