Spy attack: Boris hits out at 'long arm of Russian revenge'

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has told MPs that the poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal in Salisbury was "a sign" from President Vladimir Putin that "no one could escape the long arm of Russian revenge." Giving evidence to the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee, Mr Johnson also said: "...the trail of responsibility for such assassinations and assassination attempts does lead inexorably back to the Kremlin.".
