The format of the live tour lets the fans vote via text for a winner each night, with Joe and his girlfriend Dianne Buswell consistently beating Stacey throughout the tour (in spite of falling multiple times on the dancefloor).
While competitiveness drove Stacey to victory during her actual Strictly Come Dancing run last autumn, she admitted on The One Show on Monday (February 11) that she's happy to have seen runner-up Joe get the wins on the live shows.
"I didn't win it," she told Alex and Matt. "The tour was Joe and Dianne [winning]. And you know? They just totally smashed it. They just completely dominated it.
"They were incredible. They were such a brilliant partnership."
When Matt asked if it was "hard to take" when she'd lose each night, Stacey insisted: "No, it was alright. I, sort of, had my moment! I'd had my time on the show, so it was their time."
"You've got a trophy. How many do you need?" Alex joked.
Unlike Joe, Stacey was at a slight disadvantage on the live tour because she wasn't dancing with her Glitterball-winning partner Kevin Clifton because of his commitments to Rock of Ages.
Instead, Stacey danced each night with Aljaz Skorjanec, who was originally paired with Kate Silverton during the actual run of Strictly last year.
