Yahoo News Stacey Solomon is OUT of I'm a Celebrity spin-off
Stacey Solomon will not be back on I'm a Celebrity... Extra Camp when the ITV2 spin-off returns later this year.
The Loose Women panellist joined the presenting team last year – sharing the screen with Vicky Pattison, Joe Swash, and Chris Ramsey – but the Daily Mail reports that producers are considering a revamp to the format.
"I can confirm that Stacey will not be returning to I'm a Celebrity," a statement from a spokesperson for Solomon said.
This time last year, Solomon said about the presenting opportunity: "I'm so thrilled and excited to be a part of the ITV2 team in the jungle.
"I'm going back to Australia and I get to do the job of my dreams, alongside three of the nicest, funniest people around including my man. Absolute job goals!"
If rumours are to be believed, Pattison and Swash's roles on the spin-off programme are under threat as well.
Previous reports suggested that last year's winner Scarlett Moffatt could be on board to host the show.
Former Gogglebox star Scarlett has had quite a run since she won I'm a Celebrity last year, going on to land a presenting slot on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway. She has also been hosting the new revival of Channel 4's Streetmate.
I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! returns to ITV later this year.
