"It's probably very sexist but Joe does do the bins he does all that heavy stuff. It's probably 50/50 on things like clearing out the dishwasher filter he does some of that because I hate it," she explained.

Despite her busy schedule, which includes school runs, work commitments, and maintaining her fitness regime, Stacey also finds time to look after the family's beloved pets at their home affectionately dubbed Pickle Cottage.

She admits that managing such a bustling environment requires help from her whole family, including her two older sons Zachary, 16, and Leighton, 12.

"I have a very high-traffic household. My life is just so ad-hoc, so I have to set myself goals at the time, depending on what's happening. And then I ask family and people to help.

"For example, if my dad's looking after the kids, I'm like, 'Dad, please load the dishwasher for me.' Everyone has to chip in," reports the Mirror.

Stacey Solomon has opened up about the joy of having a big age gap between her two sets of children teenagers Zach and Leighton, and the younger trio Rex, aged five, Rose, aged two, and one year old Belle, whom she shares with Joe Swash.

The television presenter and craft enthusiast explains how the teenagers are always ready to lend a hand with their little siblings.

"That's one of the good things about having such an age gap. For me and Joe, there's three little kids to two adults, so it's always helpful when one of the teenagers is like, 'OK, give me Rex, you take Rose and Joe can take Belle.' We can all share the parenting a little. People might think that's right or wrong, but it's just how we do it," she explained.

Not content with just being a busy mum and TV host, Stacey also delights her followers with creative home projects. and with Halloween on the horizon, she's already transforming Pickle Cottage into a festive haven.

"So far, I've decorated the bedroom and I've done the mantlepiece. I've started making a cauldron, which I'm enjoying. I found some leaves on the side of the road the other day that were bright orange. I thought, 'Oh, I can use them for the front door.' I'm such a forager," she said.
