Stacey Solomon says she's 'smashed' parenting as she celebrates smooth day with five kids

Stacey Solomon has revealed she felt like she had "smashed" motherhood after a smooth day of raising her five kids.

The reality TV star, 33, admitted that she felt "superhuman" as she balanced a busy schedule with two teenagers and three children under the age of three.

In a post on Instagram, she shared a picture at home with her youngest children – who included baby daughter, Belle, born just last month.

Captioning the sweet image, which also featured two dogs, she wrote: "Proud. Feeling like I smashed it today.

"Don’t mind if I sound big-headed but I felt like a superhuman today. For some reason lately I’ve found it easy to tell myself that I’m failing or doing a rubbish job and I never tell myself how well I'm doing.

"Three three and under and two teenagers is wonderful but it’s not easy. Joe did a night feed for me last night and then went to work.

"So we did the school runs and then afterward I managed to make it for the first time EVER to Rhyme Time at the library with Rex, Rose and Belle.

"Spent some time with other mums and felt so nice to see Rex and Belle enjoying being out of the house.

Solomon continued: "Did tuna pasta dinner and this evening was swimming lesson for Rexy. Now we are home and I’m ready to collapse on the sofa and start the cluster feeds.

"Sorry for the essay, but basically just a little reminder that you’re doing amazing, even when you feel like you’re not. You’re so incredible don’t forget to tell yourself that sometimes."

Her post has received more than 361,000 'likes' with more than 2,200 fans leaving messages of praise.

One person wrote: "Go you!!! Literally a superwoman. It can be so hard (I only have one, he feels like 20 sometimes) but lady you are rocking it!!!!"

The star also shares son Rex, three, and daughter Rose, one, with husband Joe Swash – and has sons Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, from previous relationships.
