Staff at Dumbarton shop left 'upset' after armed robbery as police launch appeal
Police are hunting for a man who robbed a Dumbarton store after pulling a weapon on staff.
Officers are appealing for information in connection with the robbery that took place at the premises on Glasgow Road on Tuesday evening.
The incident happened at around 6.55pm.

The man entered the store and pulled out an undisclosed weapon and demanded money. He then exited with a sum of cash.
He is described as white and around 5-feet 7-inches tall. He was wearing a black puffer style jacket, grey joggers, grey trainers, a black beanie hat and had a black covering on his face.
Detective Sergeant Craig McGarry said: “Fortunately no one was injured but the staff member was left very upset by what happened and our enquiries are ongoing to trace the man.
“Anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything is asked to get in touch. We are also asking for dash-cam footage so if you were driving please check to see if there is something that could help with our investigation.”
