A teaser trailer for EA's upcoming sequel to Star Wars Battlefront has leaked online, giving a juicy insight into the game's characters and setting.
The footage was supposed to air at the Star Wars Celebration event this week in Orlando, but has somehow found its way into the hands of Rebel spies.
The trailer signals content from "across all eras" is coming, which presumably means the time frames of the original trilogy, the prequels, and now, the sequels.
The trailer clearly shows Yoda preparing to fight Darth Maul. Rey is also seen running through a forest followed by a shot of Kylo Ren. Time-hop it is then.
More compelling is the narration and promise of an "untold soldier's story". Presumably the female voice in the trailer is a soldier of the Empire or First Order.
Could it be this woman?
Battlefront 2 will feature a single-player campaign and story. The addition has been made primarily due to complaints that the previous game was light on content.
The full game is due for release on PC, Xbox One and PS4 later this year.
