Starbucks fan who's 'lost 20lbs this year' shares healthy food she eats from chain
A lot of people may assume you have to avoid eating out a lot if you're on a diet or trying to lose weight.
However, one fitness coach and fat loss expert, is on a mission to show that doesn't have to be the case.
Hawys D, known on Instagram as @coaching_in_hd, regularly shared her healthy food picks from different stores to help people stay on track with their healthy eating. And one of her latest reels focused on coffee chain Starbucks.

The video began with Hawys seen outside of a Starbucks coffee shop as she held one of their drinks in her hand.
She was then seen walking in to the store, as she told fans about how she picks food for fat loss.
Hawys was heard saying: "As someone who lost 20lbs this year, a lot of people must think when I'm making these videos I'm just going for the thing that has the lowest calories.
"But when it comes to fat loss, lower calorie isn't always the best option."
Instead, the fitness coach says she checks out how much protein things have in them, as well as how many micronutrients it provides and the fibre content in relation to the calories.
Her first pick was Starbucks' Classic Oatmeal, which has 223 calories and nearly 10 grams of protein. "Oats are literally one of the most filling foods, so this is a perfect breakfast option," she said.
She also showed fans Starbucks' Egg Bites with Three Cheese & Ham. Despite saying they're "not as volumous" as the oatmeal, Hawys said they are a "semi-decent option for fat loss" as they pack in 13 grams of protein and are 170 calories.
When it came to lunch, the fitness expert admitted she "probably wouldn't recommend a wrap of sandwich", as the brand's All Day Breakfast Wrap is nearly 500 calories and only about 15 grams of protein. She said: "If you need 1,500 calories to lose weight, you're spending 500 calories on one item."
On thing that is a good lunch option though, according to the expert was Starbucks' Berry Crunch yoghurt. She said: "For 200 calories, it has 9 grams of protein. Not the best macro-wise, but it is gonna help keep you full."
Finally Hawys 'gave her two cents' on Starbucks' protein drinks. She said: "At 50 calories and 6 grams of protein per 100ml, these are actually not bad. And if you pair them with one of the other items, it probably would keep you full for the morning."
She finished off her video by saying: "Let me know where I should go next."
Following up in the caption, Hawys said: "Spent my life savings showing you how to lose weight at Starbs."
Fans were loving the video, as one admitted that fellow coffee chain Costa was their 'biggest diet blunder'. Meanwhile someone else gave their own weight loss tip – recommending black coffee to those trying to get in shape.
