State of Emergency Declared in Kentucky After Ice Storm

A winter storm created dangerous conditions across Kentucky on Thursday, February 11, leading to a state of emergency declaration by Gov Andy Beshear.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet warned that downed trees and power lines would remain a threat into Thursday night, along with slick roadways.
