Steph McGovern may have left BBC Breakfast but the presenter is busier than ever with her current and upcoming projects.

The new mum returned to our screens this year on BBC One for a short health series with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Easy Ways to Live Well.

Fans loved Steph’s funny takes on learning how to be healthier and she even tried a spot of pregnant bellydancing.

We also can’t wait for her to start fronting her own show on Channel 4 later this year, The Steph Show.

But now the 37-year-old presenter has just announced another exciting new project altogether – her own podcast!

Taking to Twitter, Steph introduced her followers to the new show which is titled, Not Bad for a Monday.

“Last year I was going to launch a podcast: ‘Not Bad for a Monday’. A few Mondays later than I expected.....it’s finally about to be born,” she wrote.

“Out every Mon from March 2nd on all usual podcast platforms.”

Steph is joined by her friends Claire and Geoff and they will be discussing all things work-related.

“We’re tackling some of the funny, strange+sometimes revolting stuff that happens at work. From office shenanigans to factory funnies, shop floor dramas to oil rig oddities.

“Prepare for toe-curling tales from the daily grind. Send us your stories: notbadforamonday@hotmail.com.”

This will definitely liven up Monday mornings!

Maybe she’ll even reveal some interesting behind the scenes stories from BBC Breakfast…

To listen, got to the Apple Podcast App, ACast or Spotify.

Earlier this month, Steph was back in heels for a day back in work herself.
