Stephanie Davis Hints At New Life Without Jeremy McConnell In Emotional Instagram Post

The saga surrounding Stephanie Davis, Jeremy McConnell and now their baby son continues as the former Hollyoaks actress posted an emotional photo of her and her son without Jeremy in it.

She wrote in a caption: ‘The moment my life changed forever… We did it Little man…and will continue going strong together forever more…

‘From this moment.’

Seemingly hinting that any signs of a reconciliation between her and Caben-Ali’s father are on ice, fans flocked to her account to post messages of support – and telling her to ditch him for good.

It comes as Jeremy was investigated by the police regarding an alleged assault the other weeK – with many suspecting that Stephanie was the victim.

A police spokesperson said: “Merseyside Police can confirm a report was received of an assault at a property on Thursday 9 March.

“Officers were contacted on Sunday, 12 March and an investigation into the incident is on-going.

“At this time no arrests have been made.”

A representative for Jeremy said: “Jeremy denies any wrongdoing, however, he is fully cooperating with the police in their investigations.”

And now this week, a source has come forward and told Closer magazine that Stephanie was upset a possible reunion with Jeremy didn’t work out.

“Steph really wanted things to work with Jeremy – to have an amicable friendship if nothing else. The fact it’s turned sour so quickly is heartbreaking for her, there’s been a lot of crying,” said the insider.

“Steph thought they were getting things back on track; there was even talk of them getting back together and being a proper family – but it didn’t take long for old issues to resurface.”

“She is heartbroken things have broken down with Jeremy. Their relationship is so explosive and neither of them knows how to fix it.”
