Stephanie Pratt exclusive: 'I've got everything I need from a man in Joey'

It seems like Joey Essex and Stephanie Pratt’s blossoming relationship is the real deal and they are both playing for keeps.

During our chat with the Made In Chelsea star, Stephanie, 30, revealed that after just three months together she is trying to get him to ditch Essex and come over to Chelsea – but only if he can get down with the posh lingo of SW3.

She said: ‘I would like him to be on Made In Chelsea but first I would have to teach him how to speak posh and say ‘hi and not reem’. Joey does say some backward things and at least a couple of times a day we get lost in translation.’

The former Hills star added: ‘I would love him to do cameos on the show. Joey is really tight with Jamie Laing so I think a scene with the three of us will be epic.

‘But Joey is so busy he could never really be a full-time cast member but I would love him to feature in a couple of episodes.’

So what is it really like to date Joey Essex?

Giving us the inside scoop, Stephanie said: ‘I’ve got everything I need from a man in Joey, he provides me with security, loyalty, he makes me laugh and is very thoughtful. I just hope it stays like this. ‘

She added: ‘We really are like homebodies but if we wanted to we could do all the photos for social media but we would rather just be in hoodies and chill.

‘Joey is one of the most interesting guys I’ve been with in a long time we have an incredible chemistry.’

Stephanie first landed on our TV screens while starring in the American reality television series The Hills and she also featured in 2014’s Celebrity Big Brother.

Joey, 26, and Stephanie’s romance blossomed after the loved-up pair met on E4 series Celebs Go Dating, in which celebs are sent on dates with normal members of the public.

The TV star joined Lisa Snowdon and blogger Dolly Bo Bow on the Claireabella Confidence panel, where they spoke about the impact of social media on women’s confidence, body shaming and self esteem.

Touching on her confident outlook on life, Stephanie said: ‘My confidence has come with age and it’s always evolving.

‘Luckily I have been through so much when I was younger and I’ve gained so many skills including cognitive behavioural therapy where you can train your brain to be more mindful regardless of the situation.’

No wonder Steph’s one tough cookie!
